These terms govern your use of the BJJ Circle website and (when launched) the BJJ Circle app.

1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using BJJ Circle (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. The Service
BJJ Circle provides a website and a developing social media platform for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. Features may include gym pages, posts, messaging, and short-form content (“Rolls”). The service may change, improve, or remove features at any time.
3. Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may contact you by email about early access, updates, and launch announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Community Guidelines
You agree not to use BJJ Circle to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or harm others
- Post illegal content or encourage illegal activity
- Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or targeted harassment
- Spam, scam, or impersonate others
- Upload content you do not have rights to share
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. User Content
You are responsible for the content you post. By posting content on BJJ Circle, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
This license exists only to run the platform (e.g., show your post in feeds). You keep ownership of your content.
6. Intellectual Property
The BJJ Circle name, branding, logos, and website/app design are owned by BJJ Circle and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of BJJ Circle is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
BJJ Circle is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
BJJ Circle is not responsible for any injuries, training decisions, or outcomes related to martial arts practice. Always train safely and consult qualified instructors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BJJ Circle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe a user is violating these terms or harming the community.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
